The restaurant at hotel La Torre offers traditional Italian and Piedmontese dishes, reworked in a modern way.
Restaurant La Torre
You will discover the true taste of Italian cuisine, thanks to the wise use of quality raw materials and local products, accompanied by a wide selection of wines.
In the breakfast room, a rich continental buffet, includes pastries and pastries sweet and savory, yogurt, muesli, cereals, fresh fruit, dried and syrup, meats and cheeses.
The restaurant consists of a central room where the buffet is set up and four side rooms from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Sauze d’Oulx and His Valley.
The Lounge Bar is the ideal place to relax after a day spent on the slopes of the Vialattea, enjoying the aperitif and the picturesque sunset over our Valley.

Wine Bar
Inside the hotel, there is the Wine Bar, an ideal place to relax after a day spent among the tracks of the Milky Way. Enjoy our wonderful selection of aperitif. And to end the day, after dinner, warm up with a good wine or liqueur, comfortably seated in the armchairs or in the tables of our hall.
We offer a wide selection of Piedmontese, Tuscan and Passito wines; as well as national and international beers and liqueurs. We delight in the Piedmont region in the northwestern corner of Italy. The most famous and popular of the region include Barolo and Barbaresco. They are made using Nebbiolo grapes. These wines are ideal for preservation and a well-aged Barolo, for example, can leave the sensation of drinking velvet. We implore you to join us in enjoying the fabulous products of the Italian Alps, where the skiing is almost as good as the wine.
